Suto Orizari (also called Shutka), a district of Skopje, is the largest Romani
community in the world.
In Suto Orizari thousands of children have no opportunity to practice sports
since there are no organized leisure activities or organized sports.
FaR wants to change this in the near future together with the local organization Ambrela.
We intend to build a soccer institution in Shutka. Outdoor training is to take place
twice a week. The project aims to give children the opportunity to learn how to play
soccer and to practice it. The participation in a local league is to promote
their integration.
For 2012 we plan to establish of a girl's soccer team.
